Samras Hostel

In order to facilitate the students of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Class categories to study in major cities of Gujarat, Samaras Hostel Scheme has been launched by the State government.

Grant in Aid Hostels

ST population has lower literacy level in comparison with other sections of the society. Due to absence of higher secondary schools in tribal areas, students drop out of studies after pursuing primary education.
