OVERVIEW |
Due to remote location of higher secondary schools, ST girl students tend to drop-out of education after completion of Std. VIII.
OBJECTIVE |
To motivate the girl students to study further after completion of Std. VIII and continue their study even if the school is located a few kilometres away from their residence.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA |
The annual income of the family should be up to Rs. 120,000 in rural areas and up to Rs. 150,000 in urban areas.
BENEFITS UNDER THE SCHEME |
The tribal girl students get bicycles as a gift.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS |
TThe girl students are able to complete their education even if their school is distant from their residence.In the year 2019-20, benefits have been given to 46992 students.
