Bio Metric Attendance System

OVERVIEW | The Biometric application and the Computer Aided Learning System project aims at automating the attendance process across the schools under the tribal development department and enabling the schools in computer aided learning system.
OBJECTIVE | To enhance punctuality of students, teachers and other staff with reduced absenteeism.
PARTNER | Tribal Development Department and Education Department (Project formulation), HCL Infosystem Limited (Implementing agency) and IL&FS ETS (Project Management Agency)

INTENDED BENEFICIARIES | Students and teachers across schools
BENEFITS UNDER THE SCHEME | Transparent & effective mechanism to record attendance of students, teachers, hostel residents and e-Learning facility for students through educational software.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS | As many as 7,131 Institutes have been registered and about 9,53,936 students and 28,698 teaching and non-teaching staff enrolled.
